Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your Ankora Mobility Board must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, you must contact us first at support@ankora.today. We will provide you with the exact return shipping address and instructions upon approval of your request.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

Please be aware that customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for customer remorse. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We do not charge any restocking fees.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at support@ankora.today if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and expedite a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
